C093 or another cap in parallelmarked R093 removing these 2 surface mounted capacitors and cleaning the glue under that had fixed them to the pcb cured the problem

Dead with chopper V025 & LOPTr VK50 s/c
check C025/026/027/028 in the psu primary, CK57 and RK56 & CK51 - VO25 (S2000N) and VK50 (BUF450) replaced - no other fault found!
